8:30–9:15 is Registration:
Coffee and Krumpes donuts provided.
Take this time to register and rent supplies if needed.
9:30 is Start Time:
Introduction and safety speech from Orvis Hill Country.
Groups of 4–5 will rotate through 15 stations with 100 targets. Snacks and water provided.
12:00 Lunch is Served:
Catered lunch from Fat Russ BBQ
The Institute will make a few remarks.
Orvis Hill will award prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place.
Registration fee: $125 per person
Must be age 18 or older
Fee includes coffee and donuts during registration; ear and eye protection gear; 15 shooting stations with 100 targets; water & snacks, and catered lunch.
Participants may bring their own shotgun and ammunition. Orvis Hill Country has a limited supply of shotguns to rent—ammunition can be purchased in the club house. A limited number of golf carts are also available to rent.
• Gun rental: $50 per gun (limited availability)
• Golf cart: $50 (limited availability)
• Ammunition: $14–$19 per box, depending on gauge. Each shooter will need 4 boxes.
