This illustrated presentation explores the many and varied parks in Franklin County, Pa., and the activities available for all to enjoy. Discover where you can play a game of pickleball, take in a live music concert on a summer evening, go for a swim, ride your bike on the rail trails—and so much more. Questions welcome.
Janet Pollard is the Executive Director of the Franklin County Visitors Bureau (FCVB), a position she has held since 2007. Prior to joining FCVB, Janet worked for the Greater Chambersburg Chamber of Commerce for ten years, and was a freelance writer for over thirty-five years.
“Franklin County tourism is like a shining light that has been covered, and I most enjoy letting people see that light shine,” she said.
