Buttonwood’s Watershed Science Coordinator Mary Claire King manages supplies for AWA’s stream water monitoring program. Headquartered at Buttonwood, the program engages citizen scientists in stream water monitoring activities at 28 sites along the east and west branches of the Antietam Creek. A longitudinal data set is uploaded to the Chesapeake Data Explorer - an open source platform for sharing stream water quality data across a multi state region. 💦
