ABOUT THE EVENT

Sales Policy:
Sales are permitted and encouraged. Cell phone and internet service may be spotty at Pine Hill Park. Please be prepared to accept cash or check. We ask that commercial exhibitors consider that education is the primary goal of this event. Rain Policy: This is a rain or shine event.

Booth Fees:
There are no fees required for set-up at this event. If your organization or business is not already a sponsoring partner with Buttonwood Nature Center, we would like you to consider donating an item or a service that can be auctioned off at our Bay Supper Fundraiser in June.

Set Up:
Vendors/exhibitors should arrive between 9:30–10 a.m. to be set up by 10:30 a.m. Exhibitors must provide their own canopies, tables and chairs.
