Phase 1 projects include:
• Implementing storm water management measures
• Creating a dedicated parking area
• Building the foundation pad for a pavilion
• Installing Clivus Multrum environmentally sustainable restrooms
• Laying pathways of permeable pavers from the parking lot to the restrooms and to the pavilion
