EXPLORE! Artful Arachnids

Designed for kids in grades K to 5, the fall EXPLORE! programs will run on four Tuesdays, October 7, 14, 21 and 28. Sessions are after school, from 4:00 to 5:00 p.m. Location: Buttonwood Nature Center in Waynesboro.
All program activities are outside, and each week features a different theme. Taught by educators from Buttonwood Nature Center, home of The Institute, programs include educational activities related to the season and theme. Students may attend any or all sessions.
October 14: Artful Arachnids
Come appreciate the world of arachnids with Buttonwood staff! Participants will learn all about arachnids, go for a hike to catch and observe spiders, and create some wonderful webby art work!
Pre-registration and payment in advance are required.
Fee: $6 per child, per session for member of Buttonwood/The Institute, and $7 per child, per session for the general public.
