Textile Arts and Nature Day Camp 2026

Art will be woven together with nature during a fresh summer day camp.
The Textile Arts and Nature camp is on Tuesday, July 14 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Pine Hill Recreation Area.
The camp is open to kids completing grades grade 3 through age 17.
Textiles instruction from a Buttonwood educator who is a master weaver and textiles expert. Students learn skills with textiles such as wet and dry felting and weaving as they create several projects.
After a lunch break, campers will enjoy a hike and different nature activities as we connect textiles to nature.
All materials included in the camp fee, and each student will take home their completed projects. Students should pack a lunch and beverage.
No experience is necessary. Each student will take home their completed projects.
The camp fee is $60 for members of Buttonwood Nature Center, and $65 general public. Register online before July 7. All materials are provided and students will take home their projects.
